Portfolio Management Software - 'blOne'

Our proprietary software, blOne, is offered as a web based solution. On registering with us, a company is given a user name and password, using which; the company can manage its intellectual property online. Using the IP law Intelligence integrated into the software, a company can track deadlines and take appropriate actions at the right time.  The software provides the following facilities to the client:

• Easy retrieval of data;
• Status verification;
• Relevant legal information;
• Timeline information;
• Renewal fee information; and
• Alerts at configured intervals.

Support Services

Our experienced team of portfolio managers provide necessary support services to the client. In addition to furnishing the client with information relating to IP laws, our experts take necessary actions such as renewal fee payment, co-ordination with the IP office and so on as and when requested by the client. Our IP experts monitor all amendments in IP laws and any change relevant to portfolio management is incorporated into blOne within a day.

Modes of Engagement

User License

Our portfolio management solution, blOne, may be acquired by a client under a user license. On acquiring the license for a fixed royalty, a client gets the right to use blOne for a period of one year.

The license allows the client to use all features of the software such as,

• Docketing;
• Configuration of alerts;
• Value added Information on possible actions at every state;
• Generation of reports and so on.

License fee
Rupees 15, 000/- per annum

Portfolio Management

We provide specialized services to clients in order to help them organize manage and maintain their IP portfolios. Our team of portfolio managers will carry out the following activities for the client:

We charge on a pro rata basis in ten number slabs.
